107 Entries!! Count was down a bit but the heat was up in the upper 90's with heat indexes in the lower 110's. Also the NASCAR Truck race was in town but still we had a lot of awesome racing in the miserable heat.

I decided to leave this pic full sized as it is the smile I wanted to point out. It belongs to Jacob Clements who drives the #12C in the Rookie Sportsman class. This was Jacobs second feature win, and he did it in grand style as he took the 30 lap Survivor Series Race. You don't have to look real close to notice the happiness under all that dust and I am sure he is soaking wet from sweat but that's not on this young racers mind for sure. Congrats to Jacob Clements!!!!

Well I know the smile is here too for a first time winner, the driver of the #9 Novice Junior kart, Matt Staggs. Matt took his first ever feature win in his class tonight. Congrats go out to Matt and his family and fans for this victory.

Joe B Miller who does a lot of racing at SEMO won the Jr3 class in his second feature win at ARP. Brent Rowell won two events, and Ty Jones returned to racing in style with a win in Heavy.

Just look around the boards and see how your favorite racer did and help us congratulate all who braved the heat to come out and race on this night.
