Novice Junior

A night of good racing, and a night full of hope and prayers. It was a good night for sure. Some very awesome racing and we all got to meet a wonderfully brave young girl named Courtney. 

I had been told she was going in for some really intense surgery this past week and she wanted to spend some time at the races and these few pictures show a good time was had by all.

She got to help Jimmy flag the Junior 2 race and she was all smiles on the flag stand and in the winners circle.

Courtney made it thru the surgery last week with flying colors. The surgery went flawlessly, and what the doctors thought may have been a long time in the hospital turned out to be but a few days.  The problem that had been blocking some blood flow to her brain in one spot was easily removed with not a lot of lasting effects.

Call it what you wish, but she had a lot of prayers with her as she went in the operation room and those prayers were heard and answered.

Thanks again for your continued support and we will see ya on the 21st of August!!
