ARP is located 17 miles north of Memphis just inside the Tipton County line off Austin Peay Hwy. The track is a 1/8th mile, high banked dirt oval providing excellent racing for the karters. There are 18 kart classes ranging from the junior novice 5 year old racer to Senior Stock for drivers over 35 years old. Average kart count is 125 each race night. Track facilities include; computer scoring using individual transponders, paved reserved pits, full service concessions, indoor bathroom facilities, playground area for future racers, and plenty of grandstands for race fans.

Title Sponsor $1,000:

“Welcome to the (your company name) Night”
As a Title Sponsor you will be the race day sponsor. (Only 16 available)
This advertising sponsorship will include the following:

Fan Appreciation Night $1,000:

“Welcome to the (your company name) Fan Appreciation Night” (Only 2 Available)
This night will consist of a $2.00 discount on spectator tickets. Any fan wearing Atoka Raceway Park apparel or your company apparel will earn a ticket to participate in a foot race on the track during intermission. Ten (10) lucky numbers will be drawn to run in the foot race (separate adult and youth races.) Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd & 3rd place finishers.

This advertising sponsorship is for a class of karts for the entire 2006 season. Each kart will have to run your decal to be eligible for championship points. Trophies awarded in your chosen class will include your name as the class sponsor. (18 classes available)

Pocket Schedule $750:

Our Sponsorship Signs:

1. The largest signs are located on the track protection railing on the back stretch and in the turns. Highly visible by all spectators, these are the prime locations for your advertising needs.
$500 There are 25 available track signs. On track signs are 4’ x 10’

2. In the infield, in plain sight of spectators at all times is the ARP winners circle podium. These signs will be located on either side of our podium and are including in the winners circle pictures. $350 There are 12 Podium signs. These signs are 44-48”w x 40”h

3. Located on the back of the grandstands this location gives excellent visibility to the pit area and to the facility as a whole from Sadler School Road.
$350 There are 16 Grandstand signs. These signs are 44-48” x 48”

4. This year’s newest sign placement is at the Tech Barn. Visible from the grandstands, pits and passed by each kart existing the track.
$350 There are 2 Tech Barn signs available. These signs are 44-48” x 48”

5. Feature Winner Podium Sign. Each feature winner poses for their feature win photo in front of this sign. These photos are published in racing publications and on the ARP website.
$750 “The (your company name) Feature Winners Podium” This podium sign is 4’ x 10’

All Sponsors signs are highly visible from either of these locations and make this year’s sponsorship program a chance for you to help promote your business while at the same time promote the ever increasing interest in kart racing in our area. It is a win-win situation as the exposure you get is equal to the amount of help you are giving the area karters as they are developing integrity, sportsmanship, and dedication to their sport.
