Spotlight: Modified/Limited
 Survivor Series 30 lap race.

What a way to start our survivor series race, but with the Modified's and Limited's battling it out. It was a very close race from start to finish, With Shane Timbs driving the #69 Limited, leading every lap from Green to Checkered. But this was not an easy race for Shane, for he was challenged constantly from Brian Malone, Randy McCullough, and Enik Sanders the first 15 laps. The last 15 laps Shane held off a determined Enik Sanders to win by less than a kart length our first Survivor Series Race. It was by far more exciting than anticipated. I was in the infield in turns 1 and 2 and I am telling you, it was some of the cleanest racing, and hardest racing I have seen all year. If this is a show of what is to come in our survivor series races, you aint seen nothing yet!!........Danny

In our Novice Class, we had yet another first time winner. Driving the #34 Candi Pitts, drove to her first ever feature win. Candi was injured slightly last week in a crash at the checkered flag, but came back to dominate the class this week. Congrats go out to Candi and her feature win!

Once again we had more new faces on the track and in the stands. We had a big crowd, and even had difficulty finding parking places. We want to say thanks and we appreciate everyone's help in working with us concerning the parking problem. 

Thanks to everyone who came out and we invite you back again to see the finest in outdoor racing in the mid-south area!
