I started racing in '99 at Silver Eagle and I-55 Raceway. I had a few top 5's and thought I was getting pretty good. I decided to try Atoka, after all I was running with the best at those other tracks. My first race at Atoka was a disaster, I ran next to last and was 3/4 of a lap behind the leader. The first half of 2000 went about the same and then someone told me I needed some DXAs to run this track. I bought a set , used, and instantly started keeping up. Before the season was over I had a few top 5's and finished 5th in the points in stk lite. In 2001 I ran third in stk med points, 2002 I ran 3rd in med and 5th in lite with only a handful of top 5's. In 2003 I finally learned a little and had many top 5's and set the fast lap several times. I finished the season 3rd in lite and med and had alot of fun doing it. |

Points Champion in Over 35 & Stock medium. I really enjoy racing with everyone at Atoka and hope to race with you for many more years. I commend the staff at the track for a tremendous job every race day, thank you all for giving us the best facility in the area to race on . |
